Caravan Features & Facilities:

Mark & Lorraine’s family caravan is an ABI 2006 PRESTEIGE 3 BEDROOM model, it is equipped with the following; Shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, fridge, full cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, ironing board colour TV, freeveiw box, DVD player, vacuum cleaner , cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery, pillows and duvets.

(Linen is not included e.g.: pillow cases, duvet covers, sheets, bath/beach towels or tea towels).

The caravan will be made available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. The keys will be available between 4.00pm and 8.00pm, to be collected from the site or the keys will be mailed to you.

You are required to vacate the caravan no later than 10 am on the day of your departure. The keys must be returned to office on your day of departure. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your bond. Please ensure that all windows are closed and doors are securely locked. Please ensure that the curtains are drawn.

You are required to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages must be reported and replaced before your departure. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your bond. Cleaning materials are supplied and a vacuum cleaner is provided. All rubbish must be disposed of in the large commercial bin located on the road close to the caravan. Please ensure that you use bin bags, In the interest of personal hygiene please ensure that the shower cubicle is thoroughly wiped out prior to you departure.

If you find that the previous hirer has left the caravan in an untidy state or you find any of the facilities damaged then please report it to me within 24hrs of your arrival (Lorraine 0783407522) so that I can try and rectify it. If no such reports are reported then your bond will be returned to you within 7 days, subject to our inspection.

The gas, electric and water are supplied free of charge. If you require a gas bottle change then please request this at the site office between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. The gas bottles are kept in credit at the site office. (security will assist after these hours)

Please be advised that running too many electric appliances may blow a fuse that may require an electrician to put right. This may incur an extra charge that we don't accept liability for.

We don't accept responsibility for any power or water failures during your stay.

Please respect other holiday makers we are obliged to inform you that the site has a "NO TOLERANCE" policy to nuisance behavior which may result in you being evicted from the site that will be out of our control. In the event that this may happen we accept no liability therefore no refunds can be given. Please observe and respect the site rules.

No refunds can be made once booking has been made. Booking may be credited to another date within that season subject to availability.

The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed.
