Caravan Features & Facilities:

This 35 x 12 x 3 bedroom Carnaby Belverdere caravan is very well equipped with everything  you would need for a self catering holiday, each bed has its own linen ( sheets, duvets and covers, pillows and cases ), these are all antiallergenic, these are cleaned and changed over on every departure and mid way between a 14 day stay. The only things you will need to bring are your towels and personal toiletries. ( we do not provide these on the grounds of health ).

There are 3 bedrooms, a double with draws and wardrobe with a connecting door to the bathroom. The two twins are equipped with overhead storage and wardrobes across from which, access to the separate toilet with a wash hand basin. The bathroom is kitted out with a deep shower cubicle and large sink with bathroom cabinet.

You can feel at home with all the kitchen utensils pots, pans, ect... along with a fridge with a 4 star freezer compartment, 4 sliced toaster and microwave. In the lounge there is a flat screen T.V. with freeveiw, D.V.D. player, a C/D, TAPE and RADIO boombox, along with a separate dinning area for eating and playing games on a less (sunny day ), both doors lead out to a veranda which has a gate to protect the young and an outside light to protect those  a little older.

The outside area has seating and a hard standing for 2 cars to park along with a green area to play on. We provide folding chairs and windbreakers for use at the caravan or the beach.

Local Facilities / What's On:

Southveiw caters for most of your family leisure and entertainment:- a supermarket, indoor swimming pool, bistros and restaurants, 3 table snooker lounge a 9 hole golf course, bowling green and bingo & amusement arcades.

There is a frequent bus service to Skegness and Lincoln... from here you can get to most of the areas attractions, such has: the beach, the fair ground, fantasy island, the seal sanctuary and lots more... an information pack in the caravan will help you find your way around.
