This is a brand new luxury privately owned caravan purchased 1st September 2011 situated on the 5* Southview Leisure Park at Skegness.
It is located 100m from the Southview leisure centre which includes a swimming pool, solarium, gymnasium and sauna, a licensed sports bar, snooker lounge, amusement arcade and children’s play area.
It is only 300m to the main show bar, shop and reception. Other facilities available on or near Southview Leisure Park include a 9 hole golf course, bowling green, fishing lakes and hotel Orangery restaurant/bar.
The caravan is double glazed with gas central heating throughout, including a fire in the lounge. Cost of gas and electric is included in the rental price.
It sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, pillows & duvet, fully fitted wardrobes with an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is a twin beds, pillows and duvets with fitted wardrobe. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge with pillows and duvet provided.
It also has a bathroom with full size shower, sink, toilet plus a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, grill & hob with extractor hood. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery.
In the lounge there is plenty of seating with a 32” flat screen Freeview & DVD combination TV. There is an assortment of DVD`s for your use and a selection of games and toys for the children. The dining area has a table and seating for 6.
Decking runs the full length of 1 side and there is patio area with table and chairs, grassed area for the children, a lovely pond and an abundance of resident water wildlife and an outside light.
There is parking for one vehicles at the side/front of the caravan.
Safety features include a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarm.

All beds are provided with duvet & pillows.
If you wish us to supply bedding & towels, additional costs are as below.

The passes will allow you to use the full facilities of the park including all daytime and evening entertainment.

 Terms & Conditions:
The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6 persons. Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules). Families and couples only. Lead name must be over 21 years old.
A £50 deposit is required to secure the holiday and is non-refundable if the booking is not paid in full. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
A £75 security bond is required against damage and breakages. The bond will be returned within 48 hours of you leaving provided the caravan is left in a good order, clean and with no breakages. This is to be paid at the same time as the balance payment is made.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time with the below restrictions.
1. £50 deposit payment is non-refundable.
2. Cancel between 6 – 2 weeks prior to arrival date – 50% refunded
3. Cancel less than 14 days – no refund
