3 Bedroom 8 berth
This caravan is an 8 berth 3 bedroom model which comes fully equipped and is situated on the butlins resort.
It has a colour tv/dvd a cd player and radio in the lounge area. The lounge area is quite spacious and comfortable and is heated by gas fire. There is also a washing machine and freezer attached to the caravan.
The kitchen area is fitted with full oven and grill, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. All cooking utensils are supplied along with plates dishes, cups, glasses ,knives and forks.
It has a double bedroom and two twin rooms .It has a double bed in the double room. Two single beds in the one of the twin rooms and bunk beds in the other twin room. Duvets and pillows are provided with protectors and also mattress protectors are provided but not bed linen which can be supplied but at a small extra charge.
The bathroom has a full size walk in shower wash basin and toilet.
There is a veranda which can be accessed from the lounge area and there is a patio table and chairs as well.
Free gas and electric is supplied for the duration of your stay.
Just a short walk will get you to the main centre of the butlins resort and all the facilities that butlins have to offer. Fantasy island theme park is also situated a few minutes walk away or there is a regular bus service as well which can also get you into the centre of Skegness.
Please note that butlins is a family resort and do not allow single sex groups or groups under the age of 21 to occupy the caravans.

I am a private owner and my vans are cleaned every weekend on changeover dates so access to the caravan is not until 2'oclock on your arrival date to allow for the cleaners but your passes are available from 9'oclock so you can use butlins facilities until your caravan is ready which means you don't lose the first day of your holiday waiting to get in.
