This lovely caravan is sited on the Retreat site of Butlins holiday village. The retreat is a quiet area located close to all the amenities. Only two minutes walk and you are in the main complex with all it has to offer.
On walking into the holiday home you will be struck by how well kept it is. It's furnished throughout to a very high standard and the owner has really took time to think about their guests.
In the living room there is a tv/video and free view television (a real added bonus should the weather take a turn for the worst!) . We have provided a playstation one with a great selection of games for both kids and adults
Games are also provided if you want some traditional real family fun. A dining table and stools/seating are provided for meal times
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern gas stove,microwave,fridge (with small freezer compartment) kettle,coffee machine,toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
The bedrooms are very clean (smell great!) and duvets/pillowcase are all provided (just bring your own towels and bedding) and a brand new winnie the pooh travel cot/playpen
The bathroom has a modern clean shower unit, toilet ,basin and mirrored bathroom cabinet.
Out side there is a picnic bench for your exclusive use and within the caravan a picnic hamper is provided (for those lazy days on the beach!)
All electric,gas and entertainment passes are included in the price of this holiday so no hidden last minute fee's.
If you are looking to stay in skegness with your family Butlins is ideally located. Close by are fantasy island theme park (with large outdoor market) and skegness is only a short journey by car/bus.
Overall a really beautiful caravan with a friendly helpful owner. An ideal place to spend your holiday on the lincolnshire coast.
