Holiday Home Features & Facilities:

Our holiday home is double glazed and central heated, it has 4 separate bedrooms 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. It also has off road parking, It is situated just 2 minutes from the sea front and the award winning beach.

The spacious lounge area has sofa and chairs, gas fire, colour TV with freeview and DVD player.

The modern kitchen has breakfast bar, cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, kettle ect. We also provide a washing machine. All pots and pans are provided.

There is a dining room with table and 6 chairs.

The family bathroom is situated on the first floor it has bath, WC, and wash basin. There is also a separate shower cubicle. A toilet is also on the ground floor.

We provide pillows, quilts 2 single and 2 king size. We ask you to provide your own cover, sheets and any personal towels. We can provide a bed make up service including sheets pillow and quilt covers at a small extra cost.

Local Facilities / What's On:

Our holiday home is situated just a few minutes walk from all the local facilities including, family entertainment, shops, arcades and takeaways, cafes. It is just a few minutes walk to the award winning beach.

There is a bus service near by that will take you to either Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells and Skegness.
