 Caravan Features & Facilities:
This is a luxury modern 8 berth Atlas Mirage Super caravan 35 x 12 with a PVC decking area and outside lighting and seating so plenty of room for all the family.
The caravan comprises of a spacious lounge with gas fire, large colour flatscreen TV, sky box (you will need to take your own viewing card), PS2 and games
The Kitchen is well equipped with a full size gas cooker, fridge freezer, kettle ,toaster and microwave combi grill/oven. All pots, pans and utensils are provided. There is a Large shower in bathroom and seperate WC and hand basin.
We have three bedrooms - two double rooms and one twin room all equipped with electric heating plus a double pull out bed which is located in the lounge area.
Quilts and pillows are provided along with mattress protectors but we ask you to provide your own bottom sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases and towels and tea towels
SLEEPING WITHOUT LINEN IS NOT PERMITTED
Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also provided.
We are not a business, the caravan is an extension of our home and is somewhere we enjoy coming to as a family so we request you treat it with respect.
Holidays are from Saturday to Saturday only
 Local Facilities / What's On:
Sunnymede is in Ingoldmells opposite Fantasy Island all amenities are a stones throw away and the beach is a only a five minute walk. You cannot get any closer to the heart of Ingoldmells!

Arrivals are from 2.00 pm onwards and departures by 10am prompt, this enables us to get the caravan ready for the next guests.
We will ask you for a £50 none refundable deposit to be paid when you book to secure the caravan and the remaining balance to be paid one month prior to you holiday date.
A £50 refundable deposit is also taken which will be refunded providing there is no damage or breakages
We ask that you don't smoke inside our caravan and unfortunately we do not allow pets.
