 Caravan Features & Facilities:
We have a 12x37ft, 8 berth, 3 bedroom modern luxury family caravan for hire. Sited on Waterside caravan park.
Our caravan is well equipped with all mod cons and benefits from central heating, double glazing and winter insulation.
There is a spacious separate dining area with comfortable seating.
In the living room is a 21inch tv, dvd player, micro stereo system.
The kitchen contains all the usual appliances, gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, health grill, coffee machine, slow cooker, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery and many other gadgets that will help you feel like home from home.
The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The two single bedrooms have two single beds in each room and fitted wardrobes.
The caravan has a bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin and a separate shower room.
There are also 2 additional single beds that can be made up in the lounge
Clean bed linen (duvets, sheets and pillow covers) can be provided and made up for you on your arrival for a small additional charge of £25. Past tenants have found this to be very useful – who wants to be making up a bed as soon as you get there when you could be out at the pub or lying on the beach?
 Local Facilities / What's On:
There is a shop onsite, access to amusements, cafe, ice cream parlour, boating lake, tackle shop and land train to Fantasy Island behind caravan. A 2 minute walk to beach and 10 mins to Fantasy Island/Eastgate market.

£50 deposit used as a bond required to secure booking, remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before you travel. Bond will be refunded providing no damage / breakages within 14 days of departure.
