Caravan Features & Facilities:

We have a 12 x 35ft, 6 berth, 2 bedroom modern luxury family caravan for hire.

Our caravan is well equipped with all mod cons

There is a spacious separate dining area with comfortable seating.

In the living room is ample seating with a 25" colour TV with freeview

The kitchen contains all the usual appliances, gas cooker, fridge microwave, kettle, toaster, health grill, , pots and pans, cutlery and crockery and many other gadgets that will help you feel like home from home.

The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite and fitted wardrobes.

 The other bedroom  has  two single beds with a fitted wardrobe. There is a utility room with a washing machine with wash basin

Also there is a foldaway bed in the lounge that  sleeps 2

There is also the use of 2 electric convector heater

The caravan has a bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin, shower en suite from the master

Clean bed linen (duvets, sheets and pillow covers) can be provided and made up for you on your arrival for a small additional charge of £20.  Past tenants have found this to be very useful – who wants to be making up a bed as soon as you get there when you could be out enjoying yourself  or lying on the beach?

Local Facilities / What's On:

There is a shop onsite, access to amusements, cafe, ice cream parlour, boating lake, tackle shop and land train to Fantasy Island behind caravan.  A 2 minute walk to beach and 10 mins to Fantasy Island/Eastgate market.
