Our caravan is a Cosalt Resort 3 bedroom 6 berth caravan 34 x 10 situated on the popular site ‘The Promenade at Ingoldmells, just 500 yards from the beach front and close to all local amenities and attractions.
The caravan has a spacious living room comprising a Gas Fire, Flat Screen TV with freeview, DVD
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Fridge Freezer, Gas Hob, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Iron Board, Hoover, Pots / Pans and Cutlery etc.
The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bedside units, storage and mirror.
Bedroom 2 – Has two single beds, a bedside unit and a fitted wardrobe and a mirror. (suitable for kids)
Bedroom 3 – Has two single beds ( can be pushed together to make a double) a bedside unit, a fitted wardrobe and a mirror.
The bathroom has a shower / bath and a pedestal sink with storage over.
The WC is a separate room.
We provide clean quilts and pillows you will need to bring your own bedding and towels.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
There is a onsite shop and a Hair Salon and it also has open access to the beach.
Fantasy Island and Eastgate market is only a few minutes’ walk away along with plenty of shops, takeaways and family bars.
There is a bus stop just off the Caravan park that takes you to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe.

We will ask you for a £50 pounds non-refundable deposit to be paid, to secure the caravan booking. And the remaining balance to be paid 21days / 3 weeks, prior to your holiday date.
We will also ask for a £50 returnable deposit to be paid in case of any damage or breakages which will be returned after you have vacated and the caravan has been checked.
