Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth luxury caravan sited on The Grange. It is a Willerby Granada 2006 'Penny', it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin room, there is also a make up bed in the lounge.
The spacious lounge has gas fire, colour TV & freeview and DVD player, We also provide DVD's & board games. also an option of playstation & games plus a mini hifi system.
The modern kitchen has gas cooker, fully fitted fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster ect. All pots and pans are provided.
The double bedroom has dressing table and a walk in wardrobe, there is also a door leading into the bathroom.
The twin bedroom has a wardrobe.. and The bathroom has a large shower
Duvets and pillows are provided but we ask you to provide your own duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases and all personal towels.
The caravan also has a enclosed veranda with table & chairs, the veranda is ideal if you have small children. the caravan also has heating throughout.
A £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking, prices include all gas and electric
We offer a nice and much loved clean caravan, This is our first year of letting, we will check and clean the caravan after each let to ensure a high standard
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is sited in Ingoldmells village which is close to Fantasy Island. There is also a selection of shops, cafes, family bars and Eastgate market, Butlins is also a short distance away.
There is a regular bus service which will take you to either Skegness, Chapel st leonards or Mablethorpe.

WE ALSO REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGES BOND OF £50 WHICH IS ADDITIONAL TO THE COST THIS MUST BE PAID WITH THE BALANCE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING THIS IS REFUNDED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE ONCE THE CARAVAN HAS BEEN INSPECTED. (subject to the holiday home being left in a clean tidy condition. We do ask if you can bring different footware for the caravan...
Deductions will be made for damages or if the caravan is not left to a suitable tidy standard a £15 extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the bond before it is returned)
OWNERS WILL BE AROUND ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE..
CARAVAN AVAILABLE FROM 2PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 11AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
