 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a Delta Nordstar 38 x 12. Eight berth it has 4 bedrooms (one double and 3 twin rooms).
The caravan is sited on The Chase, Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells
The spacious lounge has gas fire and electric convector heater colour TV and freeview with dvd player
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker, fridge with ice box microwave, toaster, ect. All pots and pans, crockery, cutlery included. There is also a Vacuum cleaner.
It is a modern, spacious, comfortable caravan with plenty of storage.
The caravan also has two toilets and a large shower room. .
Duvets and pillows are provided to all rooms, guests will need to bring their own bedding, sheets and towels etc.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is within easy walking distance to all amenities - beach, pubs, takeaways, swimming pool, shops, Fantasy Island, fishing lakes, market. There is a regular bus service with stops right outside the site entrance

A £50.00 deposit (non refundable) is required to secure your date of choice with the balance to be paid a minimum of 2 weeks beforehand.
Any damage must be paid for and any items broken must be replaced/paid for.
The caravan is checked weekly - please can you leave it as you find it.
