Our luxury caravan is a ABI Arizona 35 x12. it is sited on Sunnymede site,

The caravan has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double room with 15" lcd tv and 2 twin rooms, there is also a make up double bed in the lounge.

The lounge area has comfy fixed seating, gas fire, 26" freeview lcd tv, dvd player, radio / cd player.

The kitchen area has all mod cons , kettle, microwave toaster, iron, refrigerator, all pots pans crockery and cutlery are provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided but we ask you to provide your own pillow cases, duvet covers and sheets (2 double beds & 4 single beds). We also supply a hair dryer

A veranda is provided with patio table and chairs.

Local Facilities / What's On:

Our caravan is situated within a 5 min walk from all attractions such as Fantasy Island, Eastgate Market and Butlins, The beach is also a short walk away.
