OUR CARAVAN HAS 3 BEDROOMS ONE DOUBLE AND TWO TWIN ROOMS PLUS ANOTHER DOUBLE BED CAN BE SET UP IN THE LOUNGE.

ALL ARE SUPPLIED WITH DUVETS AND PILLOWS.  

THE LOUNGE HAS A LARGE SEATING AREA , COLOUR TV WITH FREEVIEW AND DVD PLAYER & A BUILT IN RADIO. THERE IS A ELECTRIC FIRE AND GAS FIRE.

THE KITCHEN HAS A GAS COOKER, MICROWAVE, KETTLE, TOASTER. ALL POTS AND PANS, UTENSILS ARE PROVIDED.  

THE BATHROOM HAS A SHOWER AND BASIN AND THE TOILET IS SEPERATE WITH A HAND BASIN .

NEAR BY IS FANTASY ISLAND THEME PARK, SHOPS, PUBS & CLUBS, CAFES & RESTAURANTS, ARCADES AND EASTGATE MARKET.  

NEAR BY THE SITE THERE IS A SPAR SHOP AND PUB CALLED THE FOURWINDS TAVERN .  

THE BEACH IS 5 TO 10 MINUTE WALK AND SKEGNESS IS 15 MINS BY CAR  AS IS CHAPEL ST LEONARDS OR YOU CAN USE THE BUS WHICH RUNS EVERY 15 MINUTES.
