 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our spacious luxury caravan is a 35 x 12 Willerby Westmorland it has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms.
It is sited on Summerlands. Our caravan has all mod cons and is home from home. The caravan has an enclosed veranda which is ideal if you have small children.
The spacious living room has comfy seating, gas fire, colour TV with freeview and DVD player. There is also a cd player with radio. We also provide electric heaters.
The modern Kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. We also provide all all pots pans and cutlery. There is also a separate dining area.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and dressing table with mirror and over head storage.
The two twin rooms both have fitted wardrobes.
We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels
 Local Facilities / What's On:
On site there is the Summerlands pub with family room and entertainment, and a pound land shop. There is also a over 18's bar and a snack bar. Just a 5 mins walk away is the Cheers pub, fish & chip shop and general store selling most things.
Just across the road from our site is the beach with more pubs serving bar meals. There are also amusement arcades. There is a subway from our site to get to these facilities.
Also across the road from our site is Butlins were you can purchase day passes for a day of fun on Butlins.
The caravan is just a short distance away from Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market.
There is a bus stop near the site which will take you to either Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe.

 Terms & Conditions:
To book we ask for a booking deposit of £50 (non refundable). The balance to be paid 3 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
If the day you book is less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday then we ask for payment in full at the time of booking.
We also ask for a £50 refundable bond which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages. All breakages / damage to be replaced or paid for.
If you cancel the booking 2 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date we will refund half of the money paid. This excludes the £50 non refundable deposit paid.
