 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a Carnaby it is a 2 bedroom 5/6 berth it has 2 separate bedroom 1 double rooms and 1 single room with 1 bed. There is also a make up double bed in the lounge. You can sleep 1 person on the seating in the living room.
There is a veranda with gate which is ideal if you have small children.
The living room has gas fire, colour TV with freeview box, dvd player and cd radio, There is also a dining room table.
The kitchen has all mod cons gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, all pots and pans are provided,
The bathroom has shower and wash basin both with hot and cold running water, There is also a shower.
We do not allow smoking in the caravan but we do allow it on the veranda
We do not supply towels and bedding only Quilts and pillows are provided
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is sited on Sealands site which is just a short distance from Fantasy Island, Butlins, Eastgate market and plenty of pubs and clubs. There is also direct access to the beach from our site.
On site there is a mini market and laundrette. There is a bus stop directly outside our site that takes you to either Skegness, Chapel st leonards or mablethorpe.
