 Caravan Features & Facilities:
2 bedroom 4 berth caravan on Laver Sealands site, it was originally a 6 berth but has now been up-dated to accomodate couples and small families only,
The caravan has one double bedroom with fitted robes and one twin room thats sleeps 2 or could be made into another double.
The living room has a gas fire, colour lcd tv with built in free-view and dvd
The kitchen is fully equiped with all mod cons, ie, microwave, cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cuttlery etc
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin
Verander with gate
Smoking isnt allowed in caravan but we allow it on the verander
We allow small pets but they must be house trained
We do not allow smoking in the caravan but we do allow it on the veranda
We do not supply towels and bedding only Quilts and pillows are provided
 Local Facilities / What's On:
Our caravan is sited on the Sealands Site which is in walking distance from all the local attractions including Fantasy Island and Bultins and just a short walk to the beach.
Just a 5 mins walk away is a family pub nightly childrens disco,
On site there is a shop and laundrette, there is also access to the beach.
The caravan is situated within a short distance from Fantasy Island, eastgate market. There is also numerous shops pubs and club near by.
Butlins is also a short distance away. Passes can be purchased for the day.
There is also an onsite laundrette
On site there is a mini market and laundrette. There is a bus stop directly outside our site that takes you to either Skegness, Chapel st leonards or mablethorpe.
