Caravan for Hire in Ingoldmells
2 Bedroom 6 berth Sited on The Promenade Caravn Site
 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a BK Bluebird, 2 bed, 6 berth, 35ft x 10ft. It has 2 separate bedrooms comprising 1 double bedroom, and a twin bedroom .
There is also a double bed in the living area that is made up from the seating....... full instructions in the caravan explain this.
The Caravan has a veranda with chairs provided so you can sit out and enjoy the sun without going anywhere if you wanted.
The living room has a large seating area with gas fire, TV/DVD combi ,Freeview box and X box for the kids, it also has a dining table.
The kitchen has cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave,toaster, steamer and all other utensils. In the storage cupboards there is a vacuum cleaner and pushchair for young children.
The caravan has separate washroom/toilet and the bathroom has a shower and sink.
Whilst pillows, quilts will be provided, guests can bring their own quilt covers and pillow cases but these can be provided as well, we would however request that you bring your own bath, hand and tea towels
This caravan is family owned and is used by ourselves for holidays and as such it is strictly NO SMOKING!!!.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
It is sited on the Promenade Caravan Park, which is opposite the Fantasy Island entertainment complex and runs along side the sea. There is an on-site shop and access to the beach. There is a bus stop just outside the site with frequent buses to Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.

Payments are available in installments if required , based on a £50 deposit per week to secure booking and full payment of balance to be received (and cleared if paid by cheque) two weeks before start date of holiday.
None payment of balance by this time will result in the loss of your booking.
WE DON'T REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BUT WORK ON TRUST AS WE CLEAN IT OURSELVES AND WILL FIND ANY DAMAGE THAT HAS OCCURED , WHICH WE WILL HOLD TENNANTS LIABLE FOR
