Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth, it is sited on Millfields Park, Walls Lane Ingoldmells.
It is a Willerby 30 x 10 with 2 separate bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin room, there is also a double bed that can be made up in the lounge.
The double bedroom has a double fitted wardrobe, dressing table with drawers.The twin room can also be made into a double if required, this has a single fitted wardrobe.
We supply pillow and quilts, I can also supply bed linen on request all you do is supply your personal towels.
Our caravan is well equipped with colour TV with freeview and a DVD player, There is also a TV in the bedroom with video player attached. We also supply a CD/Radio player and a small selection of DVD's and books & games.
The fitted kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle ect. all pots and pans are provide. There is also a G.F grill and electric steamer.
The bathroom has a wc wash basin and shower, The shower is big enough to bathe a small child after a day on the beach.
There is a large veranda with gates at both end which is ideal for small children ans pets, There is also a patio table & chairs for those warm summer nights
 Local Facilities / What's On:
We are situated on a Blue Anchor site on walls Lane, This is opposite Butlins ( handy for a day pass). We are a 10 minute walk to the beach accessed by footpath which runs under the main road. At the end of the lane there is a small general store for those morning papers, milk ect. There is also a fish & chip shop near by. The Cheers and Summerlands pubs are near by both welcome families. there are also arcades & Butlins.
Opposite our caravan site is water Leisure park, they offer water skiing, fishing lake and a family bar.
There is a bus stop near by that will take you to either Skegness, Fantaty Island, Chapel St Leonards or Mablethorpe. Fantasy Island and Eastgate market is around a 15 / 20 minute walk
For the children there is Hardys animal farm and for dad the stock car racing at Skegness Stadium.

A £50 no refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be refunded 2 weeks after your holiday providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages or excessive cleaning.
