 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth it is a Willery herald 28/10 it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room and 1 twin room there is also a make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on millfields.
The spacious lounge has fixed seating, coffee table, electric fire, full size TV, digital TV box with freeview, dvd with assortment of films plus hifi. Dinning room has a full sized table which also turns into a comfy double bed
There is a galley styled kitchen with every thing needed to cook a full meal or snack with wall heater fitted to wall in kitchen for your comfort Microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, built In oven and hob All cooking implements I.e. Pots, pans, dishes, ovenware, all cutlery and cooking utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms, main bedroom has a full size double bed, with plenty of room to walk round, large wardrobe,and bedside tables. Single room has 2 single beds, and 1 bedside table and a wardrobe
The bathrooms has shower sink and toilet
There is also a large veranda fitted to the caravan with access via the front door so is ideal to keep dogs, or children safe
The caravan is situated roadside so no walking with all your luggage . All quilts and pillows are provided but we require guests to bring their own sheets, quilt covers, and towels for hygienic reasons.
We allow pets. No parties of young people allowed although we do allow young couples.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is within 3/4 mins walk there is a chippy, small supermarket, cheers pub, and Summerlands cabaret bar, The famous water leisure park which boasts fishing lake, and quite a few different water sports, i.e. Water skiing and it also has a really nice bar with children's play area and launderette.
Just over the road there is Butlins holiday park, and also beachcomber pub and look out,
We are 5 mins from the beach, accessed by a footpath which runs under the main road An easy 15 mins walk is the famous eastgate market and fantasy island.
We are ideally situated for hardy's animal farm, skegness stock car racing and the beautiful funfilled resort of skegness.
Also why not visit the quiet and lovely resort of Mablethorpe which is a 20 min car ride and Boston home of the pilgrim fathers.
