Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room with en suite and 1 twin room there is also a make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on Kingfisher site.

The spacious lounge has gas fire, flat screen LCD TV with integrated freeview TV and DVD player, and cd / radio player. There is also a dining room table.

The is a fully fitted modern kitchen with full size gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave all pots & pans ect are provided.

There is a bathroom with shower, wash basin both with hot and cold water, and toilet.

We provide quilts pillows and protectors, we ask all customers to kindly provide their own sheets & duvet covers for all beds being used.

The caravan has a pathway to it so no muddy shoes in bad weather. There is also a large veranda with patio table and chairs ideal for those sunny days.

there is fixed heating in both bedrooms and also the bathroom for added comfort in cooler weather.

We offer nice clean caravans at competitive price's. Our caravans are cleaned and checked after each letting to ensure a high level of standard.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The caravan is situated less than 5 min walk from all the local attractions including Fantasy Island shops and pubs, The beach is also a 5 - 10 minute walk away.

all prices are plus a £50.00 refundable bond per booking,the caravan&veranda will be thoroughly inspected both before your arrival&after your departure.if any damage is found(not previously reported to the owners) or any contents are missing,then the cost will be deducted either in part or full from the bond money,the bond money also applies to the cleanliness of caravan on your departure.we will always strive to be totally fair&honest in all dealings regarding any problems
