Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room with en suite and 1 twin room there is also a make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on Kingfisher site.

The spacious lounge has gas fire, flat screen LCD TV with integrated freeview TV and DVD player, and cd / radio player. There is also a dining room table.

The is a fully fitted modern kitchen with full size gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave all pots & pans ect are provided.

There is a bathroom with shower, wash basin both with hot and cold water, and toilet.

We provide quilts pillows and protectors but we ask you to provide your own sheets and towels.

The caravan has a pathway to it so no muddy shoes in bad weather. There is also a large veranda with patio table and chairs ideal for those sunny days.

there is fixed heating in both bedrooms and also the bathroom for added comfort in cooler weather.

We offer nice clean caravans at competitive price's. Our caravans are cleaned and checked after each letting to ensure a high level of standard.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The caravan is situated less than 5 min walk from all the local attractions including Fantasy Island shops and pubs, The beach is also a 5 - 10 minute walk away.

Due to continued damage & items being stolen as of 06 June 2010,we are now charging a £50.00 refundable bond on each booking the caravan will be Thoroughly inspected either before or shortly after your departure & if any damage found or items are missing then cost will be  deducted off the bond either in part or full,this bond also applys to the cleanliness of the caravan on your departure.
