Caravan Features & Facilities:

This particular caravan is a large eight berth model which has a large and very spacious lounge with a dining area to one corner, a small and very well equipped kitchen area, three bedrooms (a double and two twin) one of the twin rooms has a bunk bed making this room ideal for small children. Also close to the bedrooms area is a good size bathroom complete with toilet, sink and shower. Also in the lounge area underneath the seating is a fold out bed area which sleeps two people.

The lounge area has a flat screen LCD TV with integrated freeview TV and DVD player, a small selection of DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is a CD/radio with various CDs available. We try our best to provide various magazines to read (both for the men and for the ladies) also a small selection of children's reading books for various ages.

The kitchen area has a microwave, under work top fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and plenty of utensils, pots and pans needed for cooking.

In the bedrooms you will find most of the bedding provided - quilts and pillows with the exception of sheets & duvet covers. as well as a few blankets all free of charge (with the exception of sheets which we ask our customers to provide for themselves). The single beds have protective covers. There is fixed heating in all bedrooms and bathroom for those cooler nights.

Located in the caravan is a security safe for your use to keep secure your valuables during your stay.

We do not allow any pets of any kind in our caravan. the only exceptions are  made for assistance dogs

Local Facilities / What's On:

The caravan is located fairly close to the children's play park making it ideal for families who have children. It is possible for parents to glance out of the front or side windows and see their children on the park.

The caravan park is very well maintained throughout being given a three star rating by the same tourist board as the caravan. The park has separate entrance and exit areas controlled by swipe cards and covered by CCTV cameras for extra security. The park has a launderette and well stocked shop as well as the fully enclosed children's play park. All the local amenities are just a few minutes walk away from the caravan. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk up the road.

all prices are plus a £50.00 refundable bond per booking,the caravan&veranda will be thoroughly inspected both before your arrival&after your departure.if any damage is found(not previously reported to the owners) or any contents are missing,then the cost will be deducted either in part or full from the bond money,the bond money also applies to the cleanliness of caravan on your departure.we will always strive to be totally fair&honest in all dealings regarding any problems
