Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is 3 bedroom 8 berith. It has 3 separate bedroom 1 double room and 2 twin rooms, there is also a make up bed in the lounge.

It is sited on the Kingfisher site which is Situated near to the popular Fantasy Island resort and Butlins. The blue flag awarded beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The caravan has got a large veranda with a table n chairs with a parasol. There is also path way leading to the veranda witch has a ramp as easy access for buggys and wheelchairs e.t.c .

The lounge area has a Large colour tv with freeview and dvd player, hifi system and gas fire.

There is a kitchen with calor gas cooking, Microwave, all pots pans & cutlery are provided. There is also a separate dining area.

In the Bathroom there is a shower with hot and cold running water, sink.The toilet is in a separate room.

We also have a large area for your car to be parked plus we got a large grass area for children to play on.

We ask you to provide your own bed sheets, pillowcases and quilts covers, towels. We provide quilts and pillows and matress protecters .

Local Facilities / What's On:

It is sited on the Kingisher site which is Situated near to the popular Fantasy Island resort and Eastgate market, There are various shops, family bars, attractions within a short distance. Butlins is a 10 mins walk. The blue flag awarded beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Kingfisher site has a seperate entrance and exit areas that are controlled by swipe cards. The caravan is sited fairly close to the childrens park making it ideal for familys who have children

There is a regular bus service near by which goes to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe

To book we ask for a non refundable deposit of £50 per week.

We also ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be refunded providing there is no damage or breakages on departure.
