Welcome to The Wolds caravan site. This site has just been rename from the Eight Acres Caravan Site

Our caravan is a modern six berth, two bedroom ABI model, situated on a quiet and friendly site in the popular Anchor Lane area of Ingoldmells. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The lounge area is heated by a gas fire and is very comfortable and spacious. There is a colour TV DVD and freeview.

The kitchen area joins the dining area. A full range of appliances are supplied including a fitted cooker with a full oven and grill, a microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, steam iron, portable electric heater and plenty of cooking utensils; pots and pans etc.

There is a shower and a small bath, toilet hand wash basin, cabinet and storage shelves. With all cleaning materials are supplied for your convenience.
Bedroom one is a double room fitted with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a vanity area.

In addition, a comfortable double bed can be easily made up in the living room by pulling it out from under the seating area or you can use the inflatable beds making the caravan’s maximum sleeping capacity of six.

Plenty of duvets, pillows mattress protectors and blankets are provided for you to use, but if you want you can bring your own bed linen but it is provided but please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Don’t forget - you can now take your children out of school, outside the main school holiday period for two weeks with permission.

Terms & Conditions:

A £50 deposit is required with the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday.
A £50 bond is also required to cover any breakages or/and damages. This will be returned to you on inspection of the caravan.
The caravan will be available for you from 1pm the day your holiday starts. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on your departure date.

We book couples and families only.We do not allow single sex groups or groups under the age of 21 to occupy the caravan.

When you book your break you will pay £50 (non returnable) deposit for the one week holiday, then pay the balance 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Or we can arrange installments if you prefer. After we receive your deposit payment, we will post or email you a receipt for your deposit plus a booking form. When we have received your final payment we will either post or email your receipt plus any relevant paperwork you need
