Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth sited on Eastgate Site.
It has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms. There is also a make up bed in the lounge.
The spacious lounge has gas fire, colour TV with freeview and a DVD player. There is also a CD/radio player. and a separate dining area.
The kitchen has all mod cons, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, health grill, toaster ect, all pots and pans are provided
The double bedrooms have wardrobe and storage, The twin rooms both have storage. We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to provide your own quilts cover, pillow cases and bed sheets plus all personal towels.
The bathroom has shoer with wash basn both with hot and cold water. There is also a separate toilet.
There is central heating to bedrooms and bathroom.
During some point in 2011 we will be providing a veranda.
Gas and electric is included in the price.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is situated within a few minutes walk frrom Fantasy Island, family bars, takeaways shops, arcades and the Famous Eastgate Market.
The caravasn is also a short distance from Butlins.
There is a regular bus service that will take you to either Skegness, Chapel St leonards or Mablethorpe.

To book we ask for a non refundable deposit of £50 and the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also ask for a £50 refundable deposit whch will be refunded proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
