This caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth 35 x 12 the caravan has plenty of space. It is sited on Eastgate Fantasy Island so everything is a close by. Eastgate market is next door with its spacious car park.
With our caravan being close to the attractions there is little noise to be heard from inside the caravan so no unsettled nights. There is no onsite entertainment but seen as you are in the middle of it you wont need anything else to keep you amused.
Our caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms twin beds can be pushed together to make a double. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge
The spacious lounge has gas fire TV/DVD player and freeview box. There is 2 electric fires if needed.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave grill, fridge/small freezer all pots, pans
and cutlery
are provided.
There is a separate dining area with stools and seating.
We also provide a iron and Board & hoover
The spacious shower room has a sink & clothes airer. The toilet is in a separate room
We do provide pillows, quilts and mattress protectors.
We ask you to provide your own sheets duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and t towels
toilet rolls, washing liquids.

Near all the local attractions fantasy Isalnd, Eastgate market, shops, family bars. Bus stops near by to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards

Our caravan is not used as a business it is also our holiday home so we ask you to respect our van and please leave it clean and tidy and please remove your shoes inside.
Arrival from 2pm Departe 11am
We ask for a £75 non refundable deposit on booking to secure your holiday. The rest of the balance to be paid one month before your holiday starts
