We allow Small dogs but we ask for an extra charge of £20.00 to cover additional cleaning.
If this caravan is booked or you wish to book more than 1 caravan with family then i do have another 3 bedroom 8 berth and a 2 bedroom 6 berth on the same site.
I also ask for a £50.00 bond if going into the van for the 1st time which is returned once the van has been checked at the end of the holiday for loss or damage.

 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth it has 1 double bedroom with wardrobes and storage, 1 twin room and 1 bunk cabin room both have storage,
There is also a double make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on Coastfields caravan site. All vans have small verandas.
The spacious living room has gas fire, dining area, digital tv with freeview box and dvd player. Plus a small supply of dvds. We also supply board games in each van in case of rainy days.
The modern kitchen has gas cooking, fridge, microwave, kettle ect all pots pans and cutlery are provided and a coffee peculator. We also supply irons and ironing boards.
All bathrooms have potties, children's toilet seats, toilet stand and portable baby baths suitable up to 18 months.
If you have small children we provide extras such has travel cot,high chair, baby bath, childs toilet stand and seat & more. For adults we also provide an hair dryer.
We provide protectors for all beds and we provide duvets and pillows with protectors but we don't supply bedding.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
Just a short distance away are plenty of pubs, shops take aways and the beach. Fantasy Island and Butlins is a 10 mins walk.
There is a bus stop near by with regular services to Skegness Chapel St Leonards, Sutton On Sea and Mablethorpe.
