Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth Cosalt Eclipse, sited at Butlins. The caravan is gas central heated and double glazed.
It has 3 separate bedrooms one double and two twin rooms. There is also a make up bed in the lounge.
The lounge has fixed seating, combi colour TV & Video recorder, there is also a DVD player and freeview.
The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All pots and pans are provided.
The double bedroom has wardrobe and storage and the twin rooms also have storage. We provide quilts, pillows and mattress protectors but we ask you to bring your own sheets, quilts covers and pillowcases.
The caravan has 2 separate bathrooms with toilet, wash basin and shower.
The caravan has a large veranda with patio table and chairs.
For your enjoyment we provide a selection of board games, cd's and videos.
Local Facilities / What's On:
There is lots of family entertainment on Butlins, please visit Butlins website for a list of attractions and entertainment.
Outside of the site there is a bus stop that will take you to either Skegness, Fantasy Island, Chapel St Leonards or Mablethorpe.

Restrictions or Limitations:
No smoking in the caravan we allow smoking on the veranda.
Terms & Conditions:
We require a refundable bond from £50, this will be returned providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages.
