Check in time is 2.00pm and we would ask you to vacate the caravan by 10.30am on your departure day. We keep the caravan immaculately clean and we ask you to do the same.
A £50 deposit is required which will be refunded providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.

ABI Arizona Caravan Sited on Sandfields
 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our luxury caravan is an ABI Arizona it has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double room with wardrobes, dressing table and ample cupboard space.
There are 2 twin rooms with wardrobes and cupboards. One of the twin rooms can be converted into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
The caravan is sited on the Sandfield caravan park
The spacious lounge has a gas fire, flat screen TV, freeview and a DVD player, iPod docking station with speakers and a dining table and chairs.
We also provide a few boards games, and cards for those rainy days.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker, fridge, small freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. We provide all pots and pans that you should need. We also provide an iron & board and a hairdryer and hair straightners.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
We only ask you to provide your own towels. All bed linen is freshly laundered for your arrival.
Our caravan also has a very large veranda and sundeck complete with bench, table and chairs for you to enjoy those sunny days.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is ideally situated being 2 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the main road and all the attractions i.e. amusements, funfair, crazy golf, clubs.
There are two small clubs adjacent to the caravan park the Sandfield Club and the Moonfleet each have family rooms and welcome children. There is entertainment and bingo nightly.
We are situated approx 2 minutes from the beach and approx 3 minutes in the opposite direction to the main road. There is a regular bus service to most places in Lincolnshire. Eastgate Market and Fantasy Island is a ten minute journey.
