Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our luxury caravan is a Bluebird Hallmark 32x12 it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room with wardrobes and storage,

The twin room also has wardrobes and storage, There is also a make up bed in the lounge. It is sited on the popular Robin Hood site.

There is also 2 verandas one with a gate which is ideal if you have small children.

The spacious lounge has gas fire colour tv with freeview box, dvd player, and cd / radio. There is also an adjoining dining area.

The modern kitchen has a full size gas cooker fridge/freezer kettle, microwave, toaster, electric steamer, and a george forman grill. All pots pans and cutlery are provided.

There is a bathroom with shower with toilet and wash basin.

We also provide a electric heater, hoover and iron a few boards games, playing cards, dominos, poker set and a few books and cd's. We also provide a waterproof sheet if you need one for small children.

For those sunny days there is a patio table and chairs and sun lounge's, If you wish to go to the beach we provide a few fold up chairs, beach tent, windbreaks and bucket and spades for the kiddies.

There is a sky dish so if you wish to bring your own sky box it can be connected to the dish.

Local Facilities / What's On:

A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.

The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, restaurants. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spar that stays open till late
