Caravan Features & Facilities:

Bedroom 1 is a double room with robes and draws.

Bedroom 2 Has twin bed, These can be pushed together to make a lovely double bed, also robes and shelf. There is also a make up bed in the lounge area.

ALL BEDDING (sheets, pillows & cases, duvets & covers) are PROVIDED and are fresh and clean after every change over.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and flushing toilet, both the bathroom and kitchen have running water.

The LOUNGE has a comfortable seating area within there is a freeview digital TV with built in DVD, There is also a CD player radio and tape player, there is gas and electric heating, we also provide a few board games for those rainy days, Iron & board is also provided.

The KITCHEN has a full sized cooker, microwave fridge, toaster and kettle, All utensils pots and pans ect are provided, we also provide an information pack to help you settle in easier.

Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs we also provide chairs and windbreaks for the beach.

We provide everything you should need for a self catering holiday, for health reasons we ask you to provide your own TOWELS and personal toiletries.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The site is situated on Trunch lane Chapel St Leonards, it has a family friendly club house, shop, laundrette, arcades and a fun pool. (this may only open June to Sept) Nearby are cafes, restaurants and other public houses not forgetting "Yaba Daba Doos" and other similar shops.

You are only minutes away from the beach and a really good bus service to Skegness or Mablethorpe.
