Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is a 2004 mode 28 x 10 Abi Arizona which is situated on the friendly Happy Days caravan park.

It has all the comforts and 2 bedrooms.

One a double with dressing table and wardrobe and storage lockers and one is 2 single beds with wardrobe and storage lockers also there is a fold out bed in the lounge area so will sleep up to 6 people.

Facilities within our caravan include a TV, freeview, DVD player ,radio, CD player, fridge, microwave, fire, cooker, kettle, toaster and everything else needed plates, pots, pans cutlery plus ironing board and iron and hoover.

The bathroom has shower sink toilet.

Duvets and pillows are supplied so all you need to bring is linen i.e. towels, pillow cases, duvet covers and bottom sheets.

Local Facilities / What's On:

Facilities on Happy Days Leisure Caravan Park include a club house, outdoor heated swimming pool, an amusement arcade, restaurant, supermarket and launderette.

The site also has direct beach access so no busy roads to cross.

Nearby amenities include shops bars and cafes and amusement arcades.

Nearby you also have fantasy island and Eastgate market about 5-10 minute drive or a short walk along the see front which is pushchair friendly.

Skegness is about 10-15 minutes drive away where you have the main supermarkets Mablethorpe is about 13 miles north 25 minute drive or there is a bus service yards away from the site locally you have the seal sanctuary, parrot sanctuary, animal farm and much more.

We also require a £50 refundable deposit bond, This will be refunded  (returned to you within 2 weeks) providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with NO breakages

On all bookings £50 is required as deposit, which is non refundable. The remainder of the fee is to be paid no later than 28 days before your holiday.
