Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is 2 bedroom 6 berth 37 x 12/ It is sited on Robin Hood at Chapel St Leonards.

The lounge has an electric fire. Also in the lounge we have a TV with freeview and DVD. The seating is very spacious, encompassing one side of the living area as well as having a sofa on the other side of the room. The central section of seating folds out into a double bed.


There is fitted dining seating. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your stay. There is a fitted cooker with grill, a microwave, and toaster as well as the kettle and full range of cutlery, pots and pans. There is also full sized integrated fridge and freezer.

The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a pull out double bed in the living area. The double bedroom has storage shelves at both sides of the bed, vanity table and wardrobe. The twin room has 2 single beds, and wardrobe space.

There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower and full sized bath, toilet and sink, as well as a separate room with toilet and sink.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated.

We provide quilts and pillows however, for hygiene purposes, we do not provide bedding or towels.

Small pets are allowed but must be confined to the living area.

Local Facilities / What's On:

As stated the caravan is sited on Robin Hood on their new development. There are supermarkets, gift shops and restaurants closeby. The site has a swimming pool, amusements, launderette and play areas. Club tropicana is also onsite, there is entertainment nightly throughout the season and also a family area so children can also go in and be entertained.

There is a regular bus service that can take you to Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Skegness. Or in the other direction to Mablethorpe and Lincoln among others. Information and guides to all amenities will be in the caravan, along with information you may need for your stay.

Terms & Conditions:

Upon booking, we require a £50 refundable security deposit and a £50 booking deposit. The security deposit is refunded 2 weeks after your stay providing the caravan is left clean and tidy, and no damages or breakages are reported by our cleaning team. The remaining balance is payable in full no later than one month prior to travel.
