 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 8 berth sited on Tomlinsons Leisure Park.
It has 3 separate bedrooms one double and two twin rooms. There is also a make up bed in the lounge. The caravan is Double Glazed and Central Heated it has piped gas so no bottle to change. It has an enclosed veranda with patio table and chairs, the veranda is ideal if you have small children
The lounge area has gas fire, colour TV with DVD player, there is also a CD/radio and a selection of DVD's CD's and games.
The fully fitted kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster ect, All pots and pans are provided along with an hoover & iron.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage. The double room also has a dressing table.
There are 2 separate toilets in the caravan with a wash basin. There is also a shower.
We supply quilts and pillows but we ask you to bring your own, duvet covers, sheets and any personal towels.
Gas and electric is included in the price.
Dogs are allowed on request at an extra cost of £20
We can accommodate for up to 12 people as we have 2 caravans, which are located near each other.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is situated just minutes from the beach, there are also on sites facilities including a clubhouse, swimming pool & jacuzzi.
Ingolmells is around a 5 minute drive away and a 10 minute drive to Skegness. For those that don't have transport there is a regular bus service.

Terms & Conditions:
Our caravan is in excellent condition and we wish to keep it that way for guests. A £50 refundable
bond
is required, it will be refunded after the caravan has been checked and providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
