 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our luxury caravan is a Atlas Mirage Super 35x12 it is just 3 years old. It has 3 separate bedrooms 3 double bedrooms
There is also a make up bed in the lounge area. The spacious large veranda is ideal for small children.
The caravan is sited on the popular Robin Hood Golden Palm Resort
The spacious lounge has comfy fixed seating, gas and electric fire colour tv, freeview and dvd player, cd / radio
There is also a an adjoining dining area.
The kitchen has gas cooking, microwave, fridge kettle, toaster and lean grilling machine ect, all pots and pans & cutlery is provided.
The bathroom has hot and cold running water, shower, toilet and wash basin.
We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to provide your own quilts covers sheets and towels.
We also provide iron & ironing board, clothes horse and Board Games, Cards and Domino's and colouring books for those rainy day. We also provide a travel cot and high chair. Selection of books and CD's for your use - please ensure you leave them for other guest,
For those sunny days there is a patio table & chairs

A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.
The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, restaurants. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spa that stays open till late
