 Caravan Features & Facilities:
Our new luxury caravan has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double room and 1 twin room. There is also a make up bed in the lounge area. It is sited on the popular Robin Hood Golden Palm Resort.
The spacious lounge area has comfy fixed seating, gas fire colour tv with freeview box, dvd player, cd player / radio and electric heater. There is also a dining table with seating.
There is a galley style kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. all pots and pans are provided. We also provide iron & Board
We supply quilts ect but we ask you to provide your own bed sheets and towels.
For those sunny days there is a patio table and chairs on our veranda. We also provide some board games and dvd's.`
We ask for a refundable deposit of £50 which will be refunded proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
Sorry NO smoking in the caravan but we allow it on the veranda
 Local Facilities / What's On:
A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.
The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, restaurants. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spa that stays open till late
