Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is 2 bedroom 6 berth 32 x 12/ It is sited on Robin Hood at Chapel St Leonards.

The caravan is situated right at the side of the club tropicana only 30 yard walk to the front doors, it also has a full balcony so you can sit and watch the world go by.

The lounge has a Gas fire. Also in the lounge we have a TV with freeview and DVD. The seating is very spacious, encompassing one side of the living area as well as having a sofa Bed. The central section of seating folds out into a double bed.


There is full size extending dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your stay. There is a fitted cooker with grill, a microwave, and toaster as well as the kettle and full range of cutlery, pots and pans. There is also full sized integrated fridge along with a seperate table top freezer.

The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a pull out double bed in the living area. The double bedroom has lots of storage shelves at both sides of the bed, vanity table and wardrobe. The twin room has 2 single beds, and wardrobe space.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, 

The caravan has small heaters under the wardrobe in both bedrooms along with an electric oil radiator 

We provide quilts and pillows however, for hygiene purposes, we do not provide bedding or towels.

Local Facilities / What's On:

As stated the caravan is sited on The Golden Palm formally known as Robin hood site. There are supermarkets, gift shops and restaurants, The site has a swimming pool, amusements, launderette and play areas. Club tropicana is also onsite, All Within 100 yards of the van so its in a prime position, there is entertainment nightly throughout the season and also a family area so children can also go in and be entertained.

There is a regular bus service that can take you to Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Skegness. (within 30yards of my caravan) Or in the other direction to Mablethorpe and Lincoln among others. Information and guides to all amenities will be in the caravan, along with information you may need for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A £50 BOND WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED ON INSPECTION THAT THE CARAVAN IS LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOUR ARRIVAL.

All bookings are subject to a £50.00 deposit, ( none refundable) if you cancel your holiday.
