Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our ABI BRISBANE is spacious & comfortable, 12’ x 32’ x 2 Bedroom

The main bedroom has a spacious area with a double bed with storage facilities, side lockers, dressing table, wardrobes and cupboard space.

The twin room next door has two (2) comfortable single beds, these can be moved together to create another double, there are side lockers wardrobes and cupboard space.

All bedding (sheets, pillows & cases, duvets & covers) are provided fresh and clean on every change over. The only things we do not supply are towels & personal toiletries, this is for heath reasons.

Across from the twin room is the bathroom which has a wide shower cubical, toilet and wash basin.

Through the dividing door to the beautifully styled kitchen, there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday, including microwave oven, split cooker, toaster and refrigerator and plenty of storage space for your own food.

The dinning area leads to the lounge where there is a further double pullout bed. There is also a flat screen T.V. with Freeview, a D.V.D. player and a radio with C.D. and tape player.

The rear door leads to a veranda which has a gate and table and chairs for your comfort. There are windbreakers and folding chairs for your use on the beach or at the caravan.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The site is family orientated with its large 2 part clubhouse and facilities such as an outdoor heated fun pool, arcades and launderette. Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, café’s and public houses offering a variety of foods and entertainments. Jabadado’s, Crash-bang-wallop, type of shops are close by, as well.

It is located close to a large and clean beach with safe access from the site; this will avoid you having to use the main roads. The bus services are only yards away from the site giving easy access to place’s like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe along with many more attractions and places of interest along the Lincolnshire coastline, this means you do not have to use a vehicle to get about.

You are only minutes away from the beach and a really good bus service to Skegness or Mablethorpe.
