Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin rooom.

The spacious lounge has gas fire, colour tv with Freeview box and DVD player. There is also a dining area.

The modern kitchen has all mod cons gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle ect. All pots and pans, cutlery are provided. We also supply an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a shower and wash basin. The toilet is in a separate room with a wash basin.

We supply quilts and pillow but ask you to bring your own bed sheets and towels.

Gas and electric is included.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The caravan is sited on the Happy Days site which is situated opposite the main happy days site. The main Happy Days site has its own family bar with cash bingo and entertainment for all the family.

There is a good local bus service to either Inglomells or Skegness. Eastgate market and Fantasy Island is a short bus journey away.

Terms & Conditions:

To book we ask for a £50 per week deposit which is non refundable

Balance is due 14 days before the start of your holiday. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the commencement of the holiday the booking will be cancelled no refund of money will be made.

Check in time is 2pm Saturday and deparure time is 10am the following Saturday. Mini breaks by arrangement.

Late arrivals - If you are likely to arrive after 8.30pm please phone to let us know as soon as possible so arrangements can be made for collection of key.

Due to fire regulations we must be aware of additional people staying in the caravan even for one night. Please do not permit more than 6 people in the caravan at any time a small baby counts as one person. this is for fire regulations and insurance purposes.

On dearture please leave the caravan clean. Any rubbish must be taken to the collection points which is based in the centre of the site.

No clothes lines. There is a laundrette on the main happy days site across the road

Pets are welcome but must not be kept in the caravan for long periods of time on its own

No parking on the grass in wet weather
