 Caravan Features & Facilities:
A warm welcome awaits you at our family friendly 28 x 10 caravan sited on Happy Days Leisure South.
The living room contains a gas fire, colour tv, freeview, dvd, video, music centre, playstation, selected board games.
Next to the seating area is a seperate dining area.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge with a small freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave, toaster complete crockery set, cutlery and saucepans, hoover, steam iron, and a high chair for the little ones,
The bathroom consists of a small bath with a shower along with a sink and of course a toilet.
The first bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobes and a small vanity area and a hairdryer is provided.
The second bedroom has another double bed with a drop down single bed for the kids. There is a small wardrobe in this bedroom too.
The table in the living room makes up into another double bed should you require it.
All pillows and quilts are provided but you should bring your own duvet covers and pillow cases, t-towels and towels for hygeine reasons. You can hire these items should you not want to carry the extra at a cost of £15 per week.
Outside the caravan you will find 2 metal sheds, the keys to which are left in the caravan.
For those wishing to fish localy this is the ideal place to securely store your tackle, as i would ask you not to place these items in the caravan for obvious reasons.
Gas, electric and water is included in the price of the caravan.
This is a family caravan so no all male and all female parties are allowed.

 Local Facilities / What's On:
The caravan is sited on Trunch Lane and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
This gives you the peace of the site yet the pubs and arcades are opposite the entrance to the South Site.
You can use all of the site facilities such as the outside heated pool, the arcades, the club house and the launderette but please be advised that some of these may incur costs for which are not included in the caravan rental fee
There is a regular bus service along the main road should you wish to leave the car nd not have to worry about parking. Ingoldmells Market is a short bus ride or drive away as is butlins and Skegness. all in all ther is plenty to do and you are centrally located.
