Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth sited on the Robin Hood site. It has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double with wardrobes and storage and 1 twin room with storage.
The spaciuos lounge has gas for, colour TV with freeview, and DVD player and radio
The modern kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge toaster ect all the pots and pans that you should need are provided.
We also provide a few CD's and childrens dvd's
For those sunny days there is a veranda with patio table and chairs.
New for 2011 there will be a smoke detector, carbon minoxide detector outside night light abd heating in the bedrooms and bathroom
We provide quilts and pillows but ask you to bring your own sheets, quilt covers pillowcases and towels.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
A bus stop is right outside the gates of the site that takes you to fantasy Island, Eastgate market and Skegness.
The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away There are lots of arcades, pubs, shops, restaurants. nearby Chapel St Leonards village is 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction with a large co-op and a handy Spa that stays open till late

To book we ask for a £50 deposit.
We also ask for ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be refunded providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages.
