Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6/8 berth sited on Golden Anchor Caravan site, on Trunch lane, Chapel St Leonards, LINCOLNSHIRE. The caravan can sleep up to 8 people.
Large open plan Lounge, with dining area, Plus fold out Double bed, Electric fire, free view TV, video and DVD player, lots of films and DVD’s.games plus dyson hoover.
A fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, and slow cooker large enough to cook a chicken. lol the café`s are so cheap, you won`t want to cook.
Two bedrooms.
I, Double bed, with walk-in wardrobe, cupboards and drawers, power points.
2 single with extra bunk if required. Plus cupboards and power points.
There are new duvets and pillows for your use.
We recommend you bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, towels and tea towels, but these can be provided for an extra cost.
A bathroom with a shower over a small bath for the kiddies.
There is a fenced in raised patio, on one side of the caravan with furniture and a gate, so little children or a small dog can play outside in safety. It’s ideal for sitting out on, in the evening, while knowing the kids are safely asleep inside.
CAR PARKING FOR ONE CAR NEAR THE CARAVAN BUT LARGER CARPARK NEARBY IF REQUIRED

 Local Facilities / What's On:
The site is near all the shops and cafés and it’s next to the sea.
It is a quiet site ideal for couples and families, being so close to the sea. the kids don’t have to see arcades and other distractions. but there if you want them.
A short walk away and there are lots of cafes, shops, bars and amusements, indoor swimming pool, laundrette, bus stops to skegness, fantasy island and Bullins and many other atractions.
There is a fishing lake nearby and sea fishing is good.

We would like £50 DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING AND REMAINDER OF MONEY 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
AND £50 FOR LOST KEYS, DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES AND EXTRA CLEANING IF REQUIRED.THIS WILL BE RETURNED ON INSPECTION.
Check-in at 2 /4pm this can be arranged at booking
Check out at 10am on day of leaving.
