Our caravan is a Willerby Rio 2010 model. It has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double with ensuite and 1 twin rooom. There is also a make up bed in the lounge. The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.
The spacious lounge has gas fire, colour tv and Freeview box and DVD player. and a dining area.
The modern kitchen has all mod cons gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle ect. All pots, pans and cutlery are provided. We aso provide an iron & board
The spacious double bedroom as fully fitted wardrobes and is ensuite.
The twin room as twin beds and wardrobe.
The is a large bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin.
We supply quilts and pillow but ask you to bring your own bed sheets and towels.
 Local Facilities / What's On:
There is an onsite club with very good entertainment for all the family Across the road is the Maid Marion Pub which also provides entertainment most nights.
A childrens play area is located on the site along with takeaways arcades and playing cash bingo
There is a good local bus service to either Inglomells or Skegness and the famous East Gate market is a short bus journey away.

We ask for a £50 refundable deposit which will be returned providing the caravan as been left clean and tidy with no breakages
During wet weather the site asks that cars be kept off the grass and the adequate parking areas used instead.
