Caravan Features & Facilities:

Our central heated bungalow has 2 separate double bedrooms with wardrobes and storage.

The spacious modern lounge has 2 settees coffee table and all the luxury's of home from home. There is also a large conservatory with sitting and dining room which looks out onto the garden area.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, fridge, microwave, kettle ect and all the pots pans you should require.

The tiled bathroom has toilet, sink and a bath.

There is off street parking with a large car port.

Local Facilities / What's On:

The Bungalow is located on a quiet crescent but it is only a 3/5 min walk from the beaches (miles of them).

There is excellent local free fishing (nearest only a 2 min walk) plus several local commercial fisheries (carp etc.) also several local golf courses offering holiday rates.

In Chapel St leonards there are various shops, takeaways and Amusement arcades. There are also plenty of nightlife which cater for families.

There is a regular bus service which will take you to either Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market and Skegness. If you wish to travel further there is a bus to Sutton On Sea and Mablethorpe.
