Our gold star rated caravan is double glazed & central heated it is a 2 bedroom 6 berth with conservatory, it is sited on the premier Southview site.

The caravan has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin room, there is also a make up bed in the lounge.

The spacious living room has sofa and electric heaters. There is a large widescreen tv with freeview, DVD player, video recorder. The lounge leads outside to a large patio area with table and chairs.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has a full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge and slow cooker, There is all the mod cons & pots and pans that you should need. We also provide t towels.

The double bedroom has ample storage space and en suite toilet. The twin room has wardrobe and storage.

The large bathroom has shower, toilet and washbasin, the caravan also has a bath.

Our caravan is home from home with many luxury's and comforts.

We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. We can supply all bedding for an extra charge. We also ask you to bring your own towels, or we can supply them for a charge.

Outside there is a large veranda with a luxury seating area. surrounding the caravan are beautiful gardens

Southview site has its own family bars with family entertainment, this site has so much to offer for the whole family including a 9 hole golf course, swimming baths, fishing lakes...

There are various bars offering bars meals at good prices.

Southview is approx 1 mile from Skegness, which has lots to offer.

Eastgate market, Butlins and fantasy Island is around 3 mile away
