About this Caravan:

Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 6 berth sited on Sandfields, Chapel St Leonards. It has 2 separate bedrooms, one double and one twin room, there is also a make up bed in the lounge. The lounge has gas fire, colour TV with freeview, there is also a CD / radio player. There is a modern kitchen with gas cooker & slow cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster etc. all pots and pans are provided, Both bedrooms have wardrobe ad storage. We provide pillows and duvets but no bed linen so please remember to bring your own sheets and covers, The bathroom has shower, toilet and wash basin, There are a few children's toys and games. We can also provide bedding at an extra cost.

On-site Amenities and Local Facilities:

The caravan is just a short walk to the beach. There is a small bar onsite, but the caravan is near all the local attractions and facilities including, bars, family entertainment, shops, and cafes. There is also a swimming pool near by,

There is a regular bus service that will take you to either Ingoldmells, Skegness or Mablethorpe.

Important Terms and Restrictions:

To book we require a £50 non refundable deposit.Which is part of the price. We ask for the balance to be paid 4 weeks before you arrive, Also you may not be able to get in to the caravan until 4pm on the day you arrive.We also require a £50 refundable deposit, this will be returned providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.

No smoking, No all male & Female groups or groups of young people, Families and couples only
