About this Caravan:

Our caravan is a 2 bedroom 5 berth, it has 2 separate bedrooms 1 double with en suite and 1 twin room, there is sleeping for one person on the lounge seating but there is no pull put bed. The spacious living room has gas fire, colour TV with freeview, DVD. The Kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge, kettle, toaster. We also provide all all pots pans and cutlery. There is also a dining room table. The double bedroom is en suite with wardrobes, The twin room has a wardrobe & storage. We provide quilts and pillows, and all fresh bedding but we ask you to provide your own towels. All bedding provided. The bathroom has shower and wash basin, toilet Arrival 2.30pm, Departture 10.30am

On-site Amenities and Local Facilities:

The site has lots to offer for all everyone, there is the Club Tropicana with family entertainment, the Maid Marrion, swimming pool, arcade and shops, takeaways. The site is just a short distance to all the local facilities and attractions

There is a bus stop outside the site that will take you into Skegness, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe.

Important Terms and Restrictions:

To book we ask for a booking deposit of £50 (non refundable). The balance to be paid 3 weeks before the start date of your holiday.If the day you book is less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday then we ask for payment in full at the time of booking.We also ask for a £50 refundable bond which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages. All breakages / damage to be replaced or paid for.

If you cancel the booking 2 weeks prior to your holiday arrival date we will refund half of the money paid. This excludes the £50 non refundable deposit paid.No same sex groups, smoking,
