About this Caravan:

welcome to our family caravan.i hope you have a fabulous stay this coming year! Our caravan is a ABI Brisbane 38 x 12.it is gas central heated and double glazed. There is also a make up bed in the lounge. The caravan is sited on Sandfield caravan park, Chapel St Leonards. The spacious lounge has a gas fire, colour TV with freeview and DVD player. There is also a dining room table and chairs. The modern kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We povide all pots and pans that you will need. The bathroom has shower with wash basin and toilet. The double bedroom has a wardrobe and under bed storage . We provide quilts and pillows but we ask you to bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases and any personal towels

On-site Amenities and Local Facilities:

The site is situated 2 minutes from the beach, we are also near to all the local attractions, amusemant arcades, crazy golf and shops. There are various bars near the site which caters for families, there is entertainment and bingo. Golden Palm resort is near by which has the Club Tropicana and a swimming pool.

There is a bus stop near by which will take you to either ingoldmells, Skegness or Mablethorpe.

Important Terms and Restrictions:

A £50 deposit bond is required upon booking the caravan which will be refunded providing the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage or breakages. We will also require the balance 4 weeks before your holiday.you will be required to leave the caravan at 10am on the morning you leave. arrival at the caravan will be from 2pm. this allows the cleaning and checking of the caravan to be carried out.
