About this Caravan:

Owners Description:This is a brand new 2014, luxury, 12’ wide, 8 berth caravan. Benefiting from central heating and double glazing throughout. Although our caravan sleeps 8 people, ideally for us and for the comfort of our guests we would ideally like a maximum number of 6 people per booking. Hence, the price includes passes for Butlins Entertainment facilities for up to 6 people. Should you wish to utilise the caravan for 8 people, there may be an additional charge for the extra two passes.The lounge area is very spacious with a remote control flame effect electric fire, flat screen Freeview television and DAB digital radio. Setting is plentiful and includes a dining table with stools.The modern fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a variety of pots, pans, utensils and cutlery.There are three bedrooms; the first containing a double bed, wardrobe and bedside units. The second and third are twin bedded rooms. With cupboards giving ample hanging space for clothes and a bedside table. All beds have a mattress protector which we would be grateful if you did not remove. We provide duvets and pillows for all 6 beds, however you will need to bring your own bed linen. (Linen can be provided at an additional cost of £35 and must be requested at the time of booking)Bathroom consists of an electric shower, w/c and hand basin. There is also an additional separate w/c also with hand basin.For your comfort our caravan also has an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and hoover.Parking space for one car is adjacent to the caravan, however there is ample space for additional vehicles close to the caravan. Parking on the grass is not permitted.This is one of two caravans we have and both are very close together. Ideal for larger families who want to stay close together. They are also only a 10 minute walk from the main entertainment park. The Butlins Caravan Village is surrounded by a wealth of interesting wildlife and has a variety of sports facilities. I is

There are loadsof activities to keep the kids happy whatever their age and you will have just as much of fun too. witha huge line up of activities whatever the weather, you will have something to do each time you visit. During the evenings you will be spolit for choice with fantastic comedy shows music and dancing, just sit back relax and enjoy the shows. Plus as always you can expect to see the kids characters around the resort.
