About this Caravan:

2 bedroom 6 berth luxury sited on the premier Southview site. The caravan is fully double glazed and central heated, There is a lovely sunny patio with table and chairs. It has one large double room with wardrobes storage etc and 1 twin room with wardrobe and storage. There is also a make up bed in the lounge.Duvets/pillows/tea towels are supplied but we ask you to bring your own bedding. We can though supply freshly laundered bedding for an extra £5 per bed required.The lounge has gas fire, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and seating. . The modern kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle/toaster etc. All pots and pans are provided. The bathroom has full shower unit toilet and wash basin and is accessable from the main bedroom and hallway.

On-site Amenities and Local Facilities:

Southview has lots to offer including two fishing lakes.The Boathouse Restaurant where you can eat, watch sport, play snooker and it has an outside area for eating and drinking in the sunshine and a recreational area for the children, Pedal Karts and Crazy Golf.The recently enlarged family entertainment centre has a full daytime and evening entertainment programme for all the family. Nightly Bingo is held there and also includes an Arcade.The onsite shop is alongside the Boathouse and the Swimming Pool and there is also a laundrette sited close to the touring site. For those who like exercise there is a fully equipped Gym. The site also offers a 9- hole golf course.New for this year is the Fish n Chip shop near to the Entertainment Centre.

There is a Stagecoach bus service which comes onto site which will take you into Skegness and back.
