About this Caravan:
Our caravan is a willerby Lyndhurst, sited on The Grange it has 3 separate bedrooms one double and two twin rooms there is also a make up bed in the lounge. The caravan is double glazed & central Heated . The caravan has a full size balcony built onto it ready for those hot summer nights that are on the way! There is also the use of a BBQ if needed. The spacious lounge has just been refurbished and has an electric fire, a flat screen 32 in colour TV and DVD player there is also Sky plus T.V with Sky sports and all other channels, The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons there is all the pots & pans you should need it also has a microwave and a slow cooker,a gas cooker, full size fridge/freezer which is quite handy for families and a toaster, kettle ect The caravan is fully equipped with all quilts and pillows The beds can be made up ready for when you arrive, there will be an extra charge of £5 per bedroom that requires sheets and quiltcovers or you can bring your own, please advise on booking. We cater for full week holidays, also weekends and midweek breaks. All prices are quite reasonable for the beautiful caravan that you will take your holiday in.
On-site Amenities and Local Facilities:
There are shops and post office and pubs and entertainment within 5 minutes walking distance of the site, Fantasy island is about a 10 minutes walk away.
There is a bus stop right outside the site if anyone wanted to go to Chaple or Skegness.
Important Terms and Restrictions:
A £50 non refundable deposit must be paid when booking. All damages and breakages must be paid for.There will be no return of any monies if holiday is cancelled 6 weeks or less before holiday commences, part refund for any time before. all bookings will be preliminary held for 3 days, if no deposit is received that weeks holiday will go back as being available.
